1. The 14-Day Refund Window

If you are not entirely satisfied with your digital product for any reason, you are fully eligible for a refund. You have 14 calendar days from the date of your original purchase to request a full refund.

Our policy is unconditional within this timeframe. Whether you experienced technical difficulties, realized the product doesn't fit your workflow, or simply changed your mind, we will honor your request without dispute.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to our support team at support@blueprintplanners.com.
  2. Please include the email address used to make the purchase and your Order ID (found in your confirmation email).
  3. While not required for the refund to be processed, we always appreciate a brief note letting us know why the product didn't work out for you so we can continue to improve.

Once we receive your email, our team will process your refund promptly.

3. Refund Processing Times

All refunds are processed securely through our payment provider. Once we initiate the refund on our end:

  • You will receive an automated email confirmation that the refund has been processed.
  • The funds will be returned to your original method of payment (e.g., the credit card or digital wallet used at checkout).
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to fully settle and appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

4. Support and Assistance

If you are requesting a refund because you are having trouble downloading, installing, or using the digital planner on your device, we would love the opportunity to help you first!

Our dedicated support team is highly experienced in resolving technical issues across all major note-taking apps (GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, etc.). However, accepting our technical assistance is completely optional and will never affect your right to receive a refund within the 14-day window.
